Developing Enterprise B2B Sales Systems Fit for Scale through: Proven Systems. Predictable Results.

Early in my career, I had the unique opportunity to work for a Go-to-Market strategy consulting firm as a Benchmarking Analyst. Making hundreds of calls per day to Executives across industries, I learned how to collect, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making.

After graduating with an MBA from Columbia Business School, I joined Siebel Systems and led enterprise deal teams including industry, product, sales and technical experts to develop transformative strategies to help clients scale growth through the deployment of CRM strategy, process and technology. In this capacity, I led a global Customer Strategy team in pipeline creation and revenue generation by driving $120M+ and $22M+ respectively. Post-acquisition, I had achieved the highest satisfaction scores by my clients and was awarded the ‘Commitment to Excellence’ Annual Award by Oracle Corporation.

I have taken on various roles in sales leadership and sales operations helping companies like Avendra LLC grow their business ultimately leading to a $1.35B exit. In working with companies in an advisory or operating role, I have built and refined a proven enterprise B2B sales system based on as many celebrated successes as painful failures. These collective learnings have been codified to serve as the basis for the Growth Sigma enterprise sales system.

At Growth Sigma, we aspire to help B2B enterprise companies scale their revenue operations through proven systems which produce predictable results. Our target clients include both independent and PE managed entities aiming to better manage and operationalize revenue growth.
