My experience in Programming and Analysis, has allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of the full software development life cycle and how to translate business needs to clean and functional systems. I have strong research/analytical, problem solving and communication skills and have been highly effective in helping end-users get the most out of their systems.

I am proficient in COBOL, DB2/SQL, SAS,QMF, IMS, Microsoft Office Tools,
OS/390 JCL / CICS. I have a solid 10 years experience working with the Cerner
Invision product. I have a solid understanding of what is required to manage databases including VSAM, IMS, DB2 and SQL Server 2005 tables
and have been able to relate the coding concepts around each type, for both
real time and batch Environments. I have been working in Healthcare,
Insurance and Banking Industries for all of my career, and have
a solid understanding of business functions, process and quality control.
