NetSuite
Provide implementation services to new and existing customers
• Document and validate customer’s technical/customization requirements and map to NetSuite platform
• Customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements, including design and development of automations
• Collaborate with offshore resources to Develop, Test, and Deploy custom automations
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
• Be a “go-to” resource for specific platform areas for both internal and external users
• Provide Pre-Sales and Post-Sales/Change Order sales support to the PS Practice, including validation and estimation of custom solutions
Contribute to internal PS initiatives
• Document solutions and contribute to solutions repository
• Document Best Practices and share with PS practice
• Participate in SME program in area(s) of interest and expertise
Focus on Continuing Education
• Contribute to internal PS knowledge share; Review posted feedback on a continuous basis
• Participate in Continuing Education sessions
• Be fully versed on functionality (primarily platform-related features) released with each new product upgrade
Integrations:
• Developed major Integrations like Amazon,Magento, Shopify, ShipStation,Brandboom and many 3rd party systems.

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factors
• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining technical solutions
• Documents, troubleshoots and escalates Support issues outside defined parameters
