I am a work at home Mompreneur and I can help you with General Virtual Assistance, Virtual Accounting & Bookkeeping, Administrative Work, Project Management, and Marketing Assistance. I have undergone special training, a Mastery Class for General Virtual Assistants and Comprehensive Skills Training Program in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
I came from a variety of business backgrounds with 4 years' experience earned in the corporate environment and with experience working online or remotely. I worked for small businesses and also support busy executives. I provided a wide range of services both to businesses as well as consumers in industries of Telecommunication and Construction.
I provide professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance. I can perform many different roles, including typical secretarial work, basic social media marketing, customer service, and many other remote tasks.
I work with minimal supervision, I always make sure that I deliver on time and that I’m on goal. I am dedicated to my work. I pride myself on making sure people have the right information because it drives better results. I am result-oriented, constantly checking in with the goal to determine how close or how far away we are and what it will take to make it happen. Lastly, I am highly organized, I always take notes, and I use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I find this increases efficiency and helps the rest of the team stay on track too.
