Direct PMO present performance updates regularly, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to prioritize programs and projects based on organization objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.
Monitor Program reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
Establish frameworks and standards for PMO, Program and Project Management Manage and compile Program related financial and KPI information Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed.
