Hi! I'm Wency from the Philippines.
I have over 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support.
After working corporate jobs, I've decided to transition to be a full-time remote professional. In those past years, I've worked with companies that are giants in the Customer Service field including Amazon and Google. Now, I work with smaller companies to help support their business together with the Customer Service team for success.
I am at home providing positive phone manner, email support, and ticket handling. I'm also skilled in handling payment disputes and site reviews. I am a firm believer that in order to achieve customer satisfaction, we must fully comprehending customers' needs. Throughout my years of experience, I have developed excellent skills in turning negative situations into positive ones, showing empathy and understanding, patience, calmness, and have great time management and a positive attitude.
I have proficiency with Microsoft Applications and a few organizational software such as Trello and Asana. I have also gained a lot of experience with Zendesk, Help Scout and Kustomer App. I am also fully aware of all the functions Shopify has to offer!
