Expert Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, and Human Resource Guru Freelancer

Organizational change expert (over 20 years) -always up for a challenge! I believe in and am passionate about helping people and organizations find success through a transition (technology, organizational, or process) while leaving behind new capabilities and tools to sustain change in the future. Practiced experience in multi-industry change initiatives, certified in over 6 change management methodologies (to include Prosci), my approach is unique, tailored, and specific to individual and organizational needs and goals.
