I am a top-notch skilled & professional Customer Service/Support, Marketing & Telesales specialist (Inbound and outbound) in UK and US market.
I have over 10 years’ of experience as customer service/support specialist in international market.I am excited to use my expertise to assist with any Sales, Customer Service, I'm a quick and eager learner and there's no task too big for me to tackle.Communication is my passion, I am an excellent listener and I firmly believe in fully understanding customers' needs in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service & Marketing/Sales Specialist, I have managed to perfect skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness.
