Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Setup and Management:

    • Create and optimize company profiles on platforms like Guru, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
    • Craft engaging and professional profiles, service descriptions, and portfolios that align with company offerings.
    • Update profiles regularly to reflect new services, achievements, and projects.
  2. Bidding and Proposal Submission:

    • Identify suitable projects by analyzing job postings and client requirements.
    • Write compelling and tailored proposals for each project to stand out from the competition.
    • Ensure timely submission of proposals to maximize opportunities.
  3. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and messages.
    • Schedule and participate in calls or discussions to understand client needs and expectations.
    • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements in alignment with company policies.
  4. Deal Closing:

    • Use strong persuasion and communication skills to convert leads into confirmed projects.
    • Follow up with clients to address any concerns or queries.
    • Ensure all contract terms are agreed upon and documented before starting a project.
  5. Project Handover:

    • Coordinate with internal teams to kick off new projects after deal closure.
    • Maintain smooth communication between clients and internal teams during project execution.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback after project completion.
  6. Platform Performance Analysis:

    • Track and analyze performance metrics on each platform (e.g., win rates, client reviews).
    • Recommend strategies to improve success rates and platform reputation.
    • Identify new trends and opportunities on freelance platforms.
  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align bidding strategies with business goals.
    • Share insights and learning from freelance platforms to enhance the company’s overall strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience managing accounts on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals.
  • Familiarity with online project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Asana).
