Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the platform: Build a scalable, secure, and efficient SaaS platform using modern technologies, ensuring it meets the needs of users in adult day care, home care, and NEMT industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Full-stack development: Design and implement both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Optimize platform performance: Ensure that the platform is fast, reliable, and able to scale with the growth of users and data.
- API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth data flow between different systems.
- Security: Implement best practices for secure coding and data protection, especially as our platform will handle sensitive information.
- Testing and Debugging: Ensure code quality through writing unit tests, debugging, and improving system stability.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with at least 3+ years of experience in building SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
- Tech Stack: Expertise in the following technologies:
Frontend: JavaScript (React.js, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, CSS
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django, Flask), or Ruby on Rails
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
Cloud Services: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL - Experience with healthcare and transportation software is a plus, especially for the adult day care, home care, and NEMT industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically, break down complex issues, and create effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a global team.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile workflows (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building or maintaining SaaS platforms for healthcare, logistics, or transportation industries.
- Familiarity with HIPAA or other regulatory standards governing healthcare data.
- Knowledge of mobile-first design principles or mobile app development.
