Job Title: Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI Certified) Project Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation: $2,000 for 100 hours

The Role You’ll Play:
In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end process of IDI assessments for a variety of clients, coordinating logistics, overseeing timelines, and ensuring quality standards. You’ll also work closely with clients, consultants, and other team members to support the delivery of IDI assessments and interpretive sessions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of the IDI framework, and excels in client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for IDI project coordination, managing schedules, assessments, and results delivery.
- Facilitate communication between clients and consultants to support successful delivery of the IDI assessments and interpretive feedback.
- Oversee the setup, distribution, and collection of IDI assessments and ensure timely delivery of results to clients.
- Support clients in understanding the IDI process and address any inquiries or technical issues related to assessments.
- Prepare reports and interpretive guides to provide actionable insights based on IDI results.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient, timely completion.
- Perform administrative tasks, including report generation and data entry, to maintain accurate records of project status and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years in project management, ideally in a consulting or assessment environment. Familiarity with the IDI or similar intercultural assessments is a strong plus.
- Intercultural Competence: An understanding of intercultural frameworks and a commitment to fostering inclusive, culturally aware environments.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Problem Solver: Able to anticipate potential issues, identify solutions, and adapt quickly to client needs.
Qualifications:
- IDI Qualified Administrator certification or similar intercultural assessment experience.
- Experience in remote or virtual project management.
- Background in intercultural communication, psychology, or related fields.
