Job Title: IT Support and Project Manager
Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Support and Project Manager to join our innovative team. As an IT Support and Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects to successful completion, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. You’ll play a key role in project planning, resource management, and maintaining clear communication across departments to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and oversee project timelines and objectives, ensuring projects align with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and support project requirements
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and address potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary
- Monitor project performance and progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and results
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project)
- Ability to identify risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have a strong IT skillset
- Able to manage multiple IT systems
- Be able to use and organize people and utilize IT tools
