Scope of Work:

Freelancer agrees to provide development services for the development of the full platform, IoT Platform MQTT, Node.js, Next.js with Dynamic AI integrated Dashboard, as specified in the project requirements provided. The services shall include but are not limited to Frontend including UI/UX design, web development, Dashboard design and Backend implementation of communication of the device from MQTT broker to the dashboard according to “Server side” of the diagram below of the dashboard, which needs some of the general:

 

Key Features:

- UI/UX, a personalized version related of the needs of the platform. Our expectation is something similar to this example: https://www.marqeta.com/platform/overview

- User Authentication: The design should incorporate a seamless user authentication system to ensure quick and easy access to the platform. User-friendly 'Super Admin', 'Admin', and 'Clients' panels to monitor and manage different aspects of the system.

- AI-based reporting feature for the air monitoring and control dashboard. Reports should be generated daily, monthly, yearly, or customized based on different intervals selected on the dashboard, in both PDF and Excel formats. The reports should provide clear graphs, analytics, insights to the client and conclude the system's performance accurately based on the existing sensors and the product’s performance.

- AI-Based on the collected data, we should be able to recognize/learn which machines/devices based on their location or environment are performing well or otherwise and can alarm or notify the client.

- Real-Time Data Updates: It's crucial to have a system in place that can handle real-time data updates, to provide accurate monitoring and control data consistently.

- Payment Integration: Incorporating a secure and reliable payment integration is a key part of this project.

- IoT Dashboard: A central focus of this project is the IoT dashboard, which should primarily serve a monitoring and control function.

 

Safety and Security:

- SSL Certificate: The platform should have a validated SSL certificate to establish secure sessions with browsers.

- Two-Factor Authentication: An effective two-way authentication process should be in place for added security.

- Data Encryption: Proper data encryption techniques should be applied to secure any sensitive data, and since the project is web part of the development of the monitoring and control system, at certain points of the task, The Freelancer, will need to work closely with the Hardware team to integrate the Dashboard with the Electronic Hardware System.
