Job Description:We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong background in setting up and managing marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing our Clixlo / GoHighLevel platforms, managing CRM data, and executing automated marketing workflows. This role involves creating a fully functioning Clixlo platform for two SaaS companies, delivering full automation on email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other processes, and educating our team on maximizing Clixlo's potential. This is a role where marketing automation will be your main focus on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Setup and Management:
- Import and segment customer data within Clixlo / GoHighLevel.
- Configure and manage CRM systems for optimal performance using HubSpot and WordPress.
- Mirror Clixlo setup for two SaaS companies with full automation on email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other processes.
- Automation Workflows:
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows.
- Set up and optimize email automation for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- WhatsApp and SMS Campaigns:
- Integrate and manage WhatsApp and SMS marketing tools.
- Create and send personalized messages to segmented lists.
- Track and optimize campaign performance.
- Team Education:
- Educate the team on utilizing Clixlo effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and training to maximize the platform's potential.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Use data insights to refine and improve automation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Clixlo or GoHighLevel platforms.
- Strong background in marketing automation and CRM management.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot and WordPress for CRM management.
- Experience with WhatsApp and SMS marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
