Looking for a remote part time (3-4 hours a day) experienced Live Chat representative that can handle a high volume of live chat conversations at once. Typically handling 3-5 chats a time. Looking for someone that can create a great experience through chat and understands how to be friendly through chat conversations. Work would include helping members live in chat with requests and implementing company policy. Possible other offline tasks like email and data entry maybe needed/required. Need someone that can commit Monday-Friday 2pm-5pm CST. consistently with some additional availability if needed during busier seasons. Must be able to type quickly and efficiently. Must read, speak and write English. Professionalism and customer focused.
