Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a unified social media strategy covering multiple distinct facility types
- Develop platform-specific content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Produce engaging multi-media content highlighting historical elements and modern amenities
- Create professional graphics and visual assets using CANVA
- Generate and optimize AI-created images for social campaigns
- Implement targeted ad campaigns for different audience segments
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries
- Track metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with our historical preservation team to ensure accuracy
- Lead AI-driven content optimization initiatives
- Develop prompting strategies for AI content generation
- Train team members on effective AI tool utilization
Required Skills:
- 3+ years social media management experience
- Demonstrated success with multi-faceted brands or properties
- Experience with hospitality, medical, or real estate social marketing
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics
- Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills
- Advanced CANVA expertise for creating professional graphics
- Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
- Understanding of paid social advertising and targeting
- Ability to balance modern marketing with historical sensitivity
