WHMCS Configuration

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced WHMCS Configuration Specialist to set up and fully configure WHMCS for our VPN website, vpn4expats.com. The WHMCS installation is already in place, but we need an expert to handle the complete configuration, including setting up pricing, automation, email marketing, and all other aspects of WHMCS to ensure it is fully operational and integrated with our website.
This is an urgent role, and the configuration must be completed by the end of this weekend.
Responsibilities:
Configure pricing structures for VPN services (including different plans, billing cycles, and currency settings).
Set up automation for customer onboarding, invoicing, subscription management, and payment reminders.
Email marketing automation: Configure WHMCS to automatically send welcome emails, billing updates, payment confirmations, and other customer communications.
Set up and customize client area and customer management features in WHMCS.
Ensure seamless integration with the website and ensure the VPN services are properly linked to WHMCS for smooth user experience.
Set up payment gateways and configure payment options to work with WHMCS.
Configure affiliate program (if applicable) and other marketing tools within WHMCS.
Test and troubleshoot the WHMCS setup to ensure everything works as expected before going live.
Requirements:
Proven experience with WHMCS setup and configuration, preferably for VPN or hosting websites.
Ability to configure pricing, automation, and email marketing within WHMCS.
Experience with payment gateways integration and affiliate systems setup in WHMCS.
Strong knowledge of WHMCS templates and customization.
Immediate availability to start work and meet the weekend deadline.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to ensure the setup is completed on time.
Timeline & Delivery:
This project has an urgent deadline and must be completed by the end of this weekend.
The WHMCS configuration must be fully operational and integrated with the VPN services, ready for launch by Sunday night.
