Creating cultures of success through accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement
I am a results-focused organizational leader with deep expertise in sales strategy, recognized for generating double-digit annual sales growth in last four of five years despite COVID headwinds. I deliver added value by capitalizing on two decades of management, sales, finance, and relationship-building experience in equipment rental and OEM industries. I've demonstrated accelerating growth and building brand loyalty across geographically dispersed regions, including Caterpillar’s multibillion-dollar global dealer rental fleet.
My extensive financial and auditing background gave me the tools I use to identify, understand and leverage opportunities in a business. On top of that foundation, I am learning how to be the kind of servant-leader needed by today's diverse workforce.
My definition of success as a leader of an organization is this: Everyone either wants to come work for us or they want us to come work for them. If that's the case, it means that we're performing well, enjoying the work, and evangelizing for the org and each other.
My true passion in life is helping people succeed. As a leader, I want to spend as much time as I can with my team members talking about their own professional development as I do about the work. That doesn't come at a cost to my effectiveness in generating value for the organization. Rather, it is in service to it. My track-record of profitable growth and high employee satisfaction is proof.
I am strategic-minded. I'll make sure the day-to-day tasks get done, but I really get excited about innovation and process improvement. I want my team to figure out what we do well and use that to the create distinct advantages over the competition that grows the bottom line and delights the customer.
My diverse background and unique combination of leadership attributes allows me to be highly effective driving performance, building relationships, and having crucial conversations with employees, leaders, internal stakeholders, vendors, or customers.
Work Terms
These are my guidelines. However, if I can help you, but you've got an issue with my terms, let's talk!
Hours: M-F during normal business hours for interactive work. Otherwise, we'll set a deadline, and I'll manage my time accordingly.
Rate: My default rate is $50/Hour and I'd like to have at least 10 hours for an engagement so I can really dig into your need.
