This work task is immediate. It will lead to other things based on how we work together.
You are going to build me a prospect list from my LinkedIn account 1st level contacts.
I need to target people for our services and I am connected with all of them on LinkedIn. You will organize them by type of role they work in and which of our services might add value. We’ll have a cover letter that tailors to the services area of interest and offers a time to preview it.
You will review the list using my account ID and capture the name, company and title of each person in my contact list that has a relation to marketing or market research. We will use keywords to identify those that have that in their titles and focus on United States only.
I do not have the Sales Navigator level of account with LinkedIn. You need to advise if its cost allows access to network and out of network names easier and with less copy and pasting so I can consider the tradeoff.
You will put them into a spreadsheet with first name, last name, company name, linked in URL link, title. We will then move them into another spreadsheet that has pull down menus for tracking.
Steps:
- Log into account and go to network.
Search network for contacts that have a keyword of market, insight, research, marketing, campaign, demand, analysis, analytics, content, measurement, sales support, sales operations, marketing operations, lead, program, product, services, service, support, awareness, software.
- Capture individuals and use titles to put them into marketing market research, CMO (chief marketing officer), Insight Teams. (4 of them might be sufficient)
- Provide the worksheet with the identified people.
Let me know if I have missed something. I need a top end estimate of time required for the task and ways to automate it in some way and perhaps parse what we capture.
